Here is the link of VOA Learning Learninglish's Channel which contains many useful videos for you to improve your listenning skill and translation skill, pronuciation, writing skill, perhaps. Try to practise, you will see the progress by listening and translating one video day by day. Besides, you yourself will increase your vocabulary.
Make sure that you will arrange them systematically. You may put the videos, texts of new words ...which are about the same topic into a specific folder or you may do following your own way as long as you don't have any difficulty to find them.
Let me give you some examples:
You may put the videos, texts about music, movies, games.... into folder: entertaiment;
financail crisis, marketting, business, tourism into folder: economic.
Just one video a day, you can obtain many new words and experiences.
Try your best !

C-reactive protein (CRP) is a protein found in the blood, the levels of which rise in response (sự phản ứng lại, chống lại) to inflammation (chứng xưng viêm) (an acute-phase protein). Its physiological role is to bind to phosphocholine expressed on the surface of dead or dying cells (and some types of bacteria) in order to activate the complement system via c1q[1].
CRP is synthesized (được tổng hợp) by the liver[2] (gan) in response to factors released by fat cells (adipocytes).[3] It is a member of the pentraxin family of proteins.[2] It is not related to C-peptide or protein C.
